EiE products suit all skin types, but are especially beneficial for those who want to protect their skin of aging, polution and UV.
Where are EiE prodcuts produced?
All of out products are produced in Sweden
Is EiE cruelty free and vegan?
Of course, all of our products are cruelty free and vegan.
Do EiE products contain perfumes?
No, we aim to keep our ingredient list as slim as possible and our products as neutral as possible.
What is the product shelf life?
Unopened products have a shelf life of three years. Once opened, all products are good for 12 months.
Can I combine EiE with products from other brands?
Yes, it’s completely fine to use other brands in combination with EiE, although we recommend pairing our products with each other to achieve optimal results.

If you choose the subscription plan you will receive an automatic delivery every 2 months.
Can I paus my subscription?
Of course. Go tot My account and find Manage my subsribtion. There you can pause, reschedule and end your subscription.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for all subsription orders and orders over 1000 SEK
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of products within 14 days of your purchase. Please email us at helpme@eielev.com and we will provide the necessary details to complete your return.
Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
